Reference service

Reference service is provided by the Reading Room of the Department of Estonian Literature (Estonia ave. 8), the Department of Literature in Foreign Languages (Liivalaia 40) and by all branch libraries.

Information requests. You can ask:
- library enquiries
- subject requests
- factual questions
- information about Tallinn Central Library (organization, services etc.)

We answer to questions:
- in person
- by telephone - requests concerning Estonian literature: 6830 917, foreign literature: 6830 960
- via e-mail or a question form - you will find the question form under E-Library. 

Putting together a bibliography list can be free of charge or a charged service (depending on a size of the bibliography).
