The mobile library is open to all readers. Collection is about 4000 items. There are recent items in Estonian and in Russian (most of them fiction), and also classical literature, including mandatory literature. It is also possible to order books from the reserve stock. All books in the mobile library and its' reserve stock can be found from the Online Catalogue ESTER. Tallinn Central Library's library card applies also in the mobile library. The charge for the library card is 15 EEK (1 €). The fee for the discount card for children and pensioners is 5 EEK (0.32 €) and it is free of charge for people with disabilities.
